With a philosophy of continual investment in the latest machinery, the company have made recent investments at the Romsey site where McCloskey Equipment have installed a new MWS Aggstorm™ 80 modular plant, alongside a CSP120 compact sand plant, and a 1500 x 1500 overhead beam press.

All incoming waste material, C&D, muck, and excavation waste is delivered onto the site by lorry. Material is then fed by shovel into a McCloskey R105 high energy, twin deck scalping Screener. This machine features the highest stockpile and largest screening area in its class and is the best solution for operators for this application with all the features of the R-Range, such as high-quality components, durability, and reliability.

The role of this machine at the Romsey site is to remove all the gross oversize and put some aeration into the remaining material making it more homogenous and easier to convey into the plant.
